A focused and engaging event designed to bring members of the pipeline coating industry together for education, discussion, and connection. This workshop provides an opportunity to learn from experienced leaders, explore key topics impacting the industry, and strengthen relationships within the NAPCA community.
Attendees will hear from technical experts, participate in meaningful discussions on current challenges and innovations in pipeline coatings, and connect with fellow professionals from across the industry. Whether you are a long-time NAPCA member or new to the association, the workshop offers valuable insights, practical knowledge, and a chance to grow your professional network.

What’s New This Year
This year, the workshop is moving from The Post Oak Hotel in downtown Houston to the beautiful Margaritaville Lake Resort. This new resort setting creates a more relaxed and immersive environment for networking, learning, and spending time with fellow industry professionals.
We are also introducing a Golf Tournament at the Margaritaville Golf Course prior to the Welcome Reception, giving attendees another opportunity to connect with colleagues and clients before the workshop sessions begin. The evening will continue with the Welcome Reception, bringing everyone together to kick off the workshop in a social and engaging atmosphere.
Welcome Reception:
Wednesday, August 12 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
All workshop attendees are encouraged to attend the Welcome Reception the evening before the workshop begins. Enjoy live music, a dinner buffet, and two drink tickets per attendee while networking with fellow industry professionals.
After the reception, stay on-site at Margaritaville Resort using our discounted group rate and be ready for the workshop the following morning.
