The Summer 2008 NAPCA Workshop will be held at the Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel, Houston, Texas, August 14, 2008.

Please [ click here ] to view and print the workshop letter, registration form and program.  You MUST MAKE YOUR ROOM RESERVATION AT THE HOTEL NO LATER THAN JULY 29, 2008 IN ORDER TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A ROOM.  We encourage you to make your reservation on-line at the hotel's website link http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/IAHWSHH-NAP-20080809/index.jhtml.  On-line registration is secure, quick and convenient.  If you choose not to make your hotel reservation on-line, you may do so by calling the hotel at (713) 961-9300 and asking for "In House Reservations" or by calling (800) HILTONS.  You may also obtain your reservation via telefax at (713) 968-1329 requesting "In House Reservations".  We have arranged an extremely favorable guaranteed rate for single or double occupancy of $149.00 per night which is considerably below the customary hotel rates at the Hilton.

Delegates may register on-line for our workshop.  One or more delegates may register at the same time and charge all registrations to the same credit card, should you choose.  Click at the place indicated above to do so.  If you prefer not to register for the workshop on-line, please print the workshop registration form, complete same and return it with appropriate fees to the NAPCA office NO LATER THAN JULY 29, 2008.  You may telefax the form first and then mail it with your check.  Our telefax number is (318) 222-0482.

We encourage all delegates to make their room reservation and workshop registration on-line.  Speakers from other than NAPCA members and certain others who will attend the workshop will have complimentary workshop registration.  We will provide all of those individuals a Comp Code for use when registering.

2008 NAPCA Convention

The 2008 NAPCA Convention was held at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort, Orlando, Florida, April 2-6 of this year.  It was a tremendous success and was the largest convention NAPCA has ever had.  To view the program for the convention please click the link below.

2009 NAPCA Convention

The 2009 NAPCA Convention will be held at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, Tucson, Arizona, April 15-19, 2009.  The Westin La Paloma was the site of our 2000 and 2003 Conventions.  It is a great property, and we are presently planning the program for that convention.  Mark your calendars now.

Convention information will be mailed to everyone on the NAPCA mailing list in late January or early February 2009.
