The 2010 NAPCA Convention will be held at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Indian Wells, California, April 7-11, 2010. Only NAPCA Members in all categories, their guests, and individuals invited by NAPCA are authorized to participate in the convention.

Please [click here] to view and print the complete convention package.  All pertinent information about the convention, the business program, and the convention events is included in the convention package.  YOU MUST MAKE YOUR ROOM RESERVATION AT THE RESORT NO LATER THAN MARCH 17, 2010 TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A ROOM. We encourage you to make your room reservation on-line at the resort's NAPCA-customized website link, which can be accessed by clicking on the following link: [Make a Room Reservation]. On-line registration is secure, quick, and convenient. You also may take a visual tour of the resort and its amenities by clicking on the following link: [View Resort]. If you choose not to make your hotel reservation on-line, the Esmeralda Group Reservation Form is included in the complete convention package for you to print and use. We have arranged a favorable guaranteed room rate for single or double occupancy of $249.00 per night, which is below the customary convention rates at the Esmeralda this time of year.

In addition to making your room reservation with the resort, delegates also must register with NAPCA for the convention. To do so, please click on the link at the top of this page. One or more delegates and spouses/guests may register at the same time and charge all registrations to the same credit card, should you choose. If you prefer not to register for the convention on-line, please print the complete convention package from the above link, complete the convention registration form, and return it with the appropriate fees to the NAPCA office preferably no later than MARCH 17, 2010. You may telefax the form first and then mail the original with your check to the NAPCA office. Our telefax number is (713) 276-6206.

2010 NAPCA Workshop

The 2010 NAPCA Summer Workshop will be held at the Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel, Houston, Texas, Thursday, August 19, 2010. The workshop will be open to all NAPCA Members and other interested individuals. The delegates will be able to register online or by a registration form to be posted at the NAPCA website. The complete program will be posted on the NAPCA website and mailed to all NAPCA members, magazines and other interested individuals in June 2010. Mark your calendars now for this important meeting.

2009 NAPCA Workshop
